Pooja is the founder of Maitri — from the Sanskrit root mitra, meaning friend or companion. Maitri (मैत्री) is the quality of loving-kindness and goodwill: the practice of befriending yourself first, so you can meet the demands of work without losing your centre.

With 5+ years in the pharma and medtech industry across three continents, she knows the weight of back-to-back calls, shifting deadlines, and the pressure to perform.
